How We Enrich Lives

Rooted in the professional practice of horticultural therapy, Trellis uses plants and gardens to expand and elevate an individual’s therapy and wellness goals.

Trellis serves groups and individuals ages 12 and up.  Programs are held at the Ability Garden at Callanwolde. We can also bring our programs directly to you.

The Ability Garden:
Where Gardening is Accessible to Everyone

The Ability Garden offers recreation-based group programs in a wheelchair accessible space for adults living with physical or cognitive disabilities or chronic illness. Two locations:
